Reba formed her CPA ElderCare practice in 2002 after over 25 years in business and financial management positions. She was inspired by her grandmother, a music teacher for 30 years, who was fiercely independent and carefully planned her destiny as she aged. However, her arthritis eventually became so severe that she could no longer handle the day-to-day financial functions such as writing checks.
